ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In consideration of the rental of Anglo Australian Motorsport’s (the Licensor) race cars to be used at

The race cars will be supplied by Anglo Australian Motorsport (the Licensor) in a race worthy condition for the purpose of driving school tuition and/or testing and/or racing and will be prepared by the Licensor's approved mechanic.
Warning: The Licensee acknowledges that there are risks involved when attending a race circuit for the purpose of being a passenger in a Formula Ford Race Car. These risks include, but are not limited to, being hit by moving objects, collisions, and falls in pit, track or other areas.
hereby agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Anglo Australian Motorsport (the Licensor), its servants, representatives, members and agents from and against all actions claims, suits, demands or other liability in respect of the death or injury to any person including myself and the loss or damage to the property of any person, company or organisation including myself:
Where the death or personal injury resulted from the act, default or negligence of the Licensee in driving, handling or maintaining the race car.
Where death or personal injury was in any way caused by or in connection with the condition of the road, track, or course upon which the race car was driven.
The Licensee agrees at all times to abide by the rules of the race track as explained by Anglo Australian Motorsport.
While the Licensor acknowledges itself to be bound by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and corresponding consumer protection legislation of any State and Territory, the Licensee acknowledges that the Licensor may and hereby does exclude from the Contract any other liability for death or personal injury including, to the extent permitted by law, death or personal injury resulting from an act, default or negligence of the Licensor.
The licensee gives consent for the use of any photos/images/videos taken during the day to be used in any marketing or promotional material at the discretion of Anglo Australian Motorsport Pty Ltd.
I, the above named Licensee do declare that I have read and understood the above Acknowledgment of Exclusion of Liability and agree to participate on these terms.

Parent / Guardian Acknowledgement (If Participant is under 18 yrs old)
I being the parent/guardian of the above named applicant have read the whole of this document and consent to them participating in this activity. In doing so I acknowledge that motorsport is dangerous and agree that the organizers shall not be under any liability for death or injury, loss or damage which may be sustained or incurred by them or by me, howsoever such death or bodily injury, loss or damage is caused by negligence or otherwise.
